We offer full refunds for bookings that are cancelled up to 24 hours after you initially booked. 

If you cancel after this 24 hour period, you will receive credit towards a future ride of your choice, no matter when you cancel.

To cancel your booking, simply find the confirmation email that was sent to you from our Tesloop Concierge. Scroll down to the bottom of that email, you will see a box with a link that looks like this:

Click on the link to be taken to a page with all your trip details. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Your Trip." 

Canceling LESS than 24 hours after Booking

Canceling MORE than 24 hours after Booking
A full refund will be issued to the bank account that paid for the booking. Typically completed in 3-4 business days, but can take up to 10 days.

A full, one-time, credit will be issued and sent to the email address of the Tesloop account that paid immediately after canceling. Excess value will not be retained or re-issued.  

Two emails will be sent to the email for bookings canceled AFTER 24hrs of initial booking.
