To cancel your trip, simply find the confirmation email that was sent to you from our Tesloop Concierge after booking your trip. Scroll down to the bottom of that email, you will see a box with a link that looks like this:



Click on the link and log-in with your account information to be taken to a page with all of your trip details. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on Cancel Your Trip.


When you cancel a Cruiser, please keep in mind the following policy.


  1. If you cancel 7 days or more days prior to your pick-up time, you'll be issued a full refund of both your base fare (starting at $69) and your security deposit ($300). For example, if your Cruiser reservation pick-up time is 9:30 AM on April 9th, you must cancel before 9:30 AM on April 2nd for a full refund. This refund will hit your account within 3-10 business days. 
  2. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours or less prior to your pick-up time, you'll be fined a $100 administrative fee. Thus, if your Cruiser reservation pick-up time is 9:30 AM on April 9th, if you cancel anytime after 9:31 AM on April 8th, you'll be fined $100. 
  3. Any cancellations in between the time periods described above (so 6 days to 24 hours and 1 minute in advance of pick-up time), you'll be refunded your security deposit and issued a credit in the amount of your base fare. So, if your $69 Cruiser reservation pick-up time is 9:30 AM on April 9th, and you cancel anytime after 9:30 AM on April 2nd and before 9:30 AM on April 8th, you'll be refunded your security deposit and issued a credit in the amount of $69, usable on any Tesloop service (Cruiser or Shuttle) at any time.
