We offer full refunds for trips that are cancelled up to 24 hours after you initially make a booking. 


If you cancel after this 24 hour period, you will receive credit towards a future ride of your choice, no matter when you cancel.


To cancel your trip, simply find the confirmation email that was sent to you from our Tesloop Concierge after booking your trip. Scroll down to the bottom of that email, you will see a box with a link that looks like this:


Click on the link to be taken to a page with all your trip details. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Your Trip."

A full refund will be issued to the bank account that purchased the ticket. Typically in 3-4 business days but can take up to 10 days.

 A full, one-time, credit will be issued to the email that attached to the Tesloop immediately after canceling. Excess value will not be retained or re-issued.  




Two emails will be sent to the email for bookings canceled AFTER 24hrs of initial booking.
